Posting for calledmelovely Round 1 is now complete! Thank you to all our participating remixers, remixees and readers ♥

To cap off the round, we're holding an informal Guess The Authors game! Under the cut is a poll where you can write in your guesses of who wrote which story during the round. You may discuss your guesses and speculate wildly in the comments.

As this is an informal poll, there won't be any prizes for the person(s) who manage to guess the most authors correctly, but individual writers are free to put up prizes of their own :D Reveals will be posted on July 4, and the poll will close at that date.

Guess the Author: list of writers and pollCollapse )

*Please note that you get as many do-overs as you like! Simply fill out the poll and re-submit it.

Title: hereafter (the again we rise remix)
Author: abovetheruins
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Language. Supernatural themes. Vagueness as to what's actually going on (in other words, prepare to be as lost as the boys.) More fluff than is strictly necessary.
Word Count: 5074
Summary: Here at the end, they just have to survive.
Original Story: hereafter by ciudad
Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. Any similarity between the fictional versions of the persons portrayed here and the actual persons is purely coincidental. No infringement intended, and no profits made.
Notes: When I chose to remix hereafter, at first I really had no idea what to do with it. I wanted to go for an alternate look at what occurred during the events of the original, doing away with the AU aspect all together (at least for the most part). I wondered, what would the same events look like to someone who had no idea (again, for the most part) of what was happening? This is the result.

Author: aohatsu
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: yeah, none, really
Word Count: 6,524
Summary: He makes it to the ticket booth, and grabs at his identification card, swiping it through the display monitor where it records his name, age, occupation, and slides out a long blue ticket from the bottom when it registers that he has the money in his account, if just barely. The ticket has the word Ryan Star at the bottom, and David Cook at the top, heavyset and boldened darkly with black ink.

Notes: Jay, you have no idea how difficult it was to pick a story of yours to remix! I hope you like this—and I hope I didn’t mess with your vision of this story too much. :P
